We began by asking, “What first inspired you to pursue your current industry or professional path? Was there a defining moment or influence that shaped your direction?”
Reflecting on his beginnings, Saeed Zarei shared, “I’ve always been fascinated by systems—how they function, how they fail, and how they can be improved. My early interest in technology and engineering made telecommunications a natural starting point for me. Founding Sayareh Co. allowed me to explore how connectivity could transform businesses and societies. But over time, I realized that the most meaningful growth comes from diversifying one’s perspective. That’s how I expanded into energy consulting and real estate development. My father has been a profound influence on my personal and professional journey. His life story and unwavering guidance have served as a foundational blueprint for my own path.”

He went on to elaborate, “When we began developing DermAi Tech, many in the industry were skeptical about AI’s ability to make reliable, ethical, and accurate assessments in healthcare. Since it’s still under development, our focus has been on research, testing, and building trust through transparency. It’s an ongoing journey that demonstrates how collaboration and clear communication can overcome initial resistance.”
Saeed Zarei’s ability to navigate uncertainty lies in his structured mindset. “Challenges don’t disappear; they evolve. The key is not to react impulsively but to analyze the situation, adjust your approach, and maintain consistency. In my experience, it’s better to move slowly in the right direction than quickly in the wrong one.”

Managing multiple large-scale projects, from planning and architecture to execution, gave me an appreciation for precision and accountability.”

Overseeing the project from blueprint to completion, he combined architectural sophistication with disciplined financial management—an experience that solidified his expertise in real estate development and construction leadership.
